DOT physicals at Wellness Heights are only $60 dollars regardless of the length of certification, ie) 2 years, 1 year, 6 months, etc. The same medical examiner does the physical start to finish so there will be no confusion in certification length. We can help with more than just physicals, we run a drug and alcohol consortium, register in the clearinghouse, and perform urine drug and breath alcohol testing.

DOT physicals are a requirement of the Department of Transportation to minimize risk of a health event happening on the road. A disqualification does not necessarily mean you will never be able to obtain a CDL, it just means you may have some health issues that need to be addressed before getting on the road.

CDL physical exam requirements include a medical history, urinalysis, vision exam, hearing, blood pressure, heart and lung exam, and overall health of the driver. It is important to remember to bring a list of your current medications, if any, and to bring your CPAP report if you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea.
